📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of our logistics network, ensuring seamless coordination between our warehouses, distribution centers, and transportation partners.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize our logistics operations, including warehouse management, transportation management, and inventory control.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, transportation partners, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of goods.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OH&S.
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the logistics and supply chain industry, and implement innovative solutions to improve our operations.
• Represent PT Global Logistics Solutions at industry events, conferences, and other professional development opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of success in optimizing logistics operations, improving efficiency, and reducing costs.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software, including SAP, Oracle, and JDA.
• Certification in logistics and supply chain management, such as APICS, CILT, or CSCP, is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, transportation partners, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
