📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Quick Service POS or similar.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Prepare and deliver orders to customers in a timely manner.
- Ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the end of each shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Follow all health and safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the dining experience.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in POS systems.
- Familiarity with food service industry is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
