📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of advanced data science and AI-driven analytics solutions for crop optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze large datasets related to crop yields, soil health, and weather patterns.
• Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to forecast crop performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Work with farmers and agricultural cooperatives to implement data-driven solutions and provide training on their use.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and AI, and apply this knowledge to enhance our analytics capabilities.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts in the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field, with a focus on agricultural applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud for data storage and processing.
• Certification in data science or machine learning is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
