As a Billing Executive, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of our clinic, ensuring accurate and timely processing of patient bills, and maintaining our financial records. You will work closely with our medical staff to ensure that all financial transactions are handled with the highest level of accuracy and professionalism. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process patient bills accurately and efficiently
• Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Ensure timely and accurate payment collection from patients
• Handle insurance claims and reimbursements in accordance with company policies
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff regarding financial inquiries
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a billing or accounting role in a healthcare setting
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
