📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of residential development projects, from planning to completion.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress to identify and address any issues.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and quality.
  • Provide guidance and support to project team members to ensure high performance.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the residential development sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to real estate development.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
