📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations in retail and logistics divisions, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 employees, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
- Implement and optimize workflows using SAP and ERP systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking and minimize stockouts.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and support the company's strategic objectives.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the retail or logistics industry.
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and ERP systems, with experience in implementing and optimizing workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and lead a team.
- Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
