📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily shop operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and train a team of shop assistants to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Manage inventory levels, ordering stock as needed, and ensuring accurate records.,Promote sales and special offers to drive customer engagement and increase sales.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage returns and exchanges.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a similar role.,Proven ability to manage and train a team of employees.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.,Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is an advantage.,High school diploma or equivalent is required.
