The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical process improvement and a solid understanding of Process Safety Management (PSM) and Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) methodologies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and oversee the implementation of process improvements in the chemical manufacturing environment.,Conduct and facilitate PSM audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Lead HAZOP studies to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.,Develop and maintain process safety documentation, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Operating Procedures.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the safe and efficient operation of chemical processes.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in chemical process improvement and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in chemical process improvement and process safety management.,Proven experience in conducting HAZOP studies and developing hazard mitigation strategies.,Strong knowledge of PSM principles and practices, including OSHA and other relevant regulations.,Proficiency in process simulation and modeling software, such as Aspen Plus or HYSYS.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Ability to travel to various locations as required by the role.
