📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve HR practices.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation packages.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
