📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance and reduce costs,Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth operations and effective communication,Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support,Conduct regular operational audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement,Develop and maintain operational manuals and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a dynamic environment,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using operational software and tools,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
