We are seeking a visionary and seasoned professional to join our executive leadership team as General Manager Residential in Manado, Sulawesi Utara. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development, sales, and management of our residential projects, driving our mission to create sustainable, high-quality living spaces. With a strong track record in the residential sector, you will lead a dynamic team to deliver exceptional results, ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

As the General Manager Residential, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our residential projects, from initial planning to final handover. You will work closely with our design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution. Additionally, you will develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, driving our projects to new heights of success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, development, and management of residential projects from inception to completion.
• Lead a team of project managers, engineers, and sales professionals to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share.
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in project management and sales strategies.
• Represent Metland at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and thought leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in residential property development and management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale residential projects.
• Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs in the residential sector.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar is a plus.
