📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment such as mixers, granulators, and tablet presses.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
• Collaborate with the formulation development team to optimize production processes.
• Conduct quality control tests and inspections.
• Document production data and maintain records.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related role.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
