📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Input and verify First Article Inspection (FAI) data into our ERP system (SAP) and other quality management software.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of inspection records, including measurements, test results, and non-conformance reports.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to resolve any discrepancies or issues identified during the inspection process.
• Maintain and update inspection checklists and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed.
• Generate and submit regular reports on FAI activities to the management team.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our inspection processes.
• Adhere to strict quality standards and regulatory requirements, such as ISO 9001 and industry-specific guidelines.
• Provide support to the Quality Assurance team during audits and inspections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, quality assurance, or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification.
• Good understanding of quality management systems and standards, such as ISO 9001.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
