📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely product distribution.,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages or excess stock.,Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide regular reports on distribution activities, including performance metrics and customer feedback.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in logistics and distribution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics or distribution role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for fieldwork.
