📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines,Develop and implement processes for technical writing and documentation management,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical writing training and support to other team members as needed,Assist in the creation of user manuals, API documentation, and other technical content as required

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus
