📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks such as processing payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR staff members.,Assist in organizing and participating in HR-related events and activities.,Support the HR department in any other tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within an HR department.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in English is a plus.
