📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth business processes,Manage and mentor branch staff to achieve company goals,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance,Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction,Monitor branch finances and ensure compliance with company policies,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations,Attend and participate in company meetings and events,Represent the company at external events and meetings when required

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proven track record of successful branch management,Understanding of financial management and compliance,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
