📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop a team of staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and financial performance.,Ensure the restaurant is well-stocked and maintains high standards of food quality and presentation.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Conduct regular staff training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years' experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
