TRACE Cemerlang is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Key Account Manager to join our team in Sanur. This role is crucial in supporting our Key Account Managers in building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

As an Assistant Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our sales and customer service operations. You will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of client strategies, managing client accounts, and ensuring timely delivery of services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of client strategies and plans.
  • Manage client accounts, including new account openings, renewals, and closures.
  • Ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for clients.
  • Support the Key Account Manager in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Participate in sales activities and meetings with clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Proficient in English and Indonesian (both written and spoken).
  • Passionate about sales and customer service.
