📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs.
  • Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
  • Maintain training records and provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure training programs align with company goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and trends.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Training Officer or similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
  • Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Certification in training and development is a plus.
