Home Crown Berjaya is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team in Tanjung Balai. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and be able to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other products.,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other end-user documentation.,Write and maintain API documentation for developers.,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Experience with API documentation is a plus.
