📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of energy sites, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Implement and maintain energy solutions, working closely with the team.
  • Ensure the safety of the sites and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of energy solutions.
  • Participate in project planning and execution, contributing to the success of energy projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve site operations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in energy infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of managing and maintaining energy sites.
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools for site management and maintenance.
