📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the luxury real estate and hospitality sectors.,Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to promote products and services.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings to build brand awareness and generate leads.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury real estate and hospitality sectors.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
