PT SINAR BIJAK NIAGA is looking for a dedicated Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities in the asphalt and road construction industry. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure that our products and services meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of the asphalt and road construction industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop sales opportunities in the asphalt and road construction industry.,Work closely with the sales team to ensure that our products and services meet the needs of our clients.,Provide technical support and advice to clients to help them make informed decisions about our products and services.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Monitor market trends and developments to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.,Prepare and present sales reports and presentations to the management team.,Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and partners.,Provide technical training and support to the sales team to ensure that they have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in their roles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Proven experience in sales, preferably in the asphalt and road construction industry.,Strong technical knowledge and understanding of asphalt and road construction materials and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Ability to travel as required.
