📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning, organizing, and directing the operations of the company.,Oversee the daily activities of the operations department.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff.,Provide operational support during projects and special events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
