📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop accurate cost estimates for construction and demolition projects using advanced software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Analyze project requirements and gather data to ensure comprehensive cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to coordinate project plans and schedules.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure all project costs are within budget and adhere to quality standards.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate project status and recommendations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to improve estimation processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of cost-saving measures and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in cost estimation and project management, preferably in the construction and demolition industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction laws and regulations.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
