Global Mart Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team in Kuta, Bali. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from our office and remotely. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding our market reach, and driving revenue growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, customer engagement, and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and business proposals to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and best practices in business development.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our brand and products.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the retail industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using sales and marketing software, such as CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
