Manage and oversee all financial activities of the company,Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth,Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes,Oversee the accounting and payroll functions,Coordinate with external auditors and financial advisors,Provide financial guidance and support to the management team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations,Proficiency in financial software and tools,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English
