📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management and stock control to maintain optimal levels.,Coordinate with sales staff to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization.,Assist in training and developing junior staff to improve performance.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customers.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in preparing and presenting monthly sales reports to the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Good knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.
